Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with full payment.
2. Payment: Payment in full is required to secure your spot on the tour. Payment can be made via the provided payment methods.
3. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 60 days of the tour start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the tour start date.
4. Accommodation: Accommodation is based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified. Limited single beds are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests opting for single occupancy may incur an additional cost.
5. Activities: All activities and excursions are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. SheRan Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary as necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

7. Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to partake in the tour activities. SheRan Travel is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the tour.
8. Liability: SheRan Travel and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the tour, including but not limited to loss of personal belongings, medical expenses, or inconvenience caused by delays or cancellations.
9. Dining: The meals provided are in accordance with the details outlined in each itinerary, typically offered as part of the hotel's or restaurant's buffet or set menu. Beverages are typically not covered unless explicitly mentioned.
10- FORCE MAJEURE: Circumstances beyond our control may arise, making performance under the travel contract impractical or impossible. These events, termed force majeure, include acts of God, government actions, war, strikes, pandemics, and other unforeseen occurrences. Should a force majeure event occur, cancellation policies of suppliers and these terms & conditions will apply. Any changes to policies are at the discretion of the supplier and Travel Agency. Passengers will be promptly informed of their options in such circumstances.
11- PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: SheRan Travel reserves the right to capture photographs or videos during its trips. Participants hereby authorize SheRan Travel to use such media for promotional or commercial purposes without requiring compensation to the participant.
12. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By participating in this travel, I acknowledge the potential hazards, including illness, injury, or death, arising from natural forces, wildlife, negligence, or intentional acts of third parties. I understand that weather conditions may be challenging and medical facilities may be limited. Despite these risks, I willingly embrace the adventure and absolve SheRan Travel from any liability for incidents or injuries. I confirm my physical readiness for this trip and authorize necessary emergency medical treatment without additional consent.
